#rivers was the first piece that I used acrylic markers on. It is also the first piece where evidence of my signature style begins to emerge. The process of finding my style has been such a enthralling and satisfying journey. No one ever could have ever prepared me for the pure joy painting brings me. I used modeling paste to add texture to this piece. Water always seems to find a way into my work and I welcome it! I hope you love it as much as I do.
